Group classes are currently offered at ENERGY Fitness Stord. There the whole timetable is included in a separate membership, on top of access to all the gyms.

Only in Stord for now. Larvik, Tønsberg and Borgheim are gyms for training on your own. If you want guided training there, personal trainer or courses and coaching is the alternative.
Group classes are a separate
membership in Stord
The whole timetable is part of the membership. You do not buy clip cards or single classes.
Stord is currently the only ENERGY gym with group classes. The gym is 1,000 m² and is built as a full-scale gym, with a sauna and spa in addition to the strength and cardio areas.

The difference between the two memberships in the table above is NOK 100 a month, whether you commit for twelve months or not. That is what the group classes cost you.
Your membership also gives you access to the other ENERGY gyms. If you are in eastern Norway, you can train in Larvik, in Tønsberg or in Borgheim without paying anything extra.
Stord is a certified Booty Builder gym too, the same as Larvik, so the machines for our six week course are there. About the Bootybuilder course
Stord is run as a franchise and therefore has its own prices and terms. The joining fee is NOK 199 there against NOK 99 at the other three gyms, the minimum age is 14 rather than 15, and Stord does not offer an annual membership.
