Because safe movement gives you energy, and energy gives you joy in life.
It suits you if you are chronically ill, exhausted or older, if you feel unsafe in training situations, or if you simply need help getting started.
We meet you where you are. If you want to train at the gym, that is what we do. If you would rather meet outside first, go for a walk or build up your everyday routine at your own pace, we do that instead.
We always start with a conversation about you and your situation, and together we find the solution that suits you best.
Freddy and Mette are with you all the way.

Mette is training to become a personal trainer. She has worked with people facing all kinds of challenges her whole life, in care homes, in home care and in a residential unit for children and young people with complex needs. Mette has herself been seriously ill for many years. She has ME and a congenital heart defect, and knows a great deal about what it is to be exhausted and anxious. She has walked the long road back to an active life and back into work.
