You will find it under your membership. You need your account number.

Confirm

You sign the agreement in your online bank. Then it is done.

About payment

When am I charged?

The membership fee is taken monthly. The first payment comes after you sign up, then at the same time every month.

What if I do not want Avtalegiro?

You then get an invoice, and that costs a fee of NOK 36 per invoice.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes. A freeze costs NOK 33 a month and is registered in the Membro app, at the latest the month before the period starts. If you cannot do it there, send us an email.

I have received an invoice I do not understand

Send us an email with the invoice number and we will take a look.

What Avtalegiro is

Your bank pays
on the due date

AvtaleGiro (direct debit) is a service for paying regular bills automatically.

Your bank makes sure the bills are paid straight from your account on the due date. You keep full oversight and control of your bills even though the bank makes the payments. The only thing you need to watch is that there is enough money in the account.

You set up the membership fee agreement in the Membro app, which you download from the App Store or Google Play.
