Trial period

You pay nothing for the first 14 days.
The trial period starts on the day you sign up. You pay nothing for the first 14 days. If you do not cancel, the membership continues automatically from day 15 at NOK 459 per month. If you do not wish to continue as a member, you must end the trial period by contacting customer service at stord@energyfitness.no before the trial period expires.

Common questions about Stord
Can I get in when reception is closed?
Yes. The gym is open 24/7, every day all year round for members. The Membro app is your digital access card, and you can also buy a key fob at the gym for NOK 99. Reception is staffed Mon and Wed 5pm to 8pm.
What does it cost to join in Stord?
NOK 459 a month with no minimum term, or NOK 399 with a 12 month minimum term and no joining fee. See all memberships.
Can I train at the other gyms?
Yes. Your membership gives you access to all ENERGY gyms, no matter which one you join at.
How old do I have to be?
You must be 14 to train on your own in Stord. If you are younger, you have to train with a parent or guardian. Read more about children and teens.
What does a single session cost?
Drop-in costs NOK 145 at Stord. We also have guest training, NOK 279 for one week and NOK 499 for one month. About drop-in.
What does it cost to join?
The joining fee is NOK 199 at Stord. With a 12 month term there is no joining fee.
How do I pay?
By direct debit, which you set up in the Membro app. If you would rather have an invoice, it costs NOK 36 per invoice. About Avtalegiro.
How do I cancel?
You cancel in the Membro app. The notice period is one month, running to the end of the following month. See the membership terms.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Freezing costs NOK 33 a month and is registered in the Membro app, no later than the month before the period starts.

Yes. Every new member gets a free PT consultation with a body analysis. You get a tour, a walkthrough of the equipment and a plan that suits your level. About ENERGY Start.
Is there parking at Stord?
Yes, there is free parking right outside the entrance.
