How do I join through my employer agreement?
Ask whoever handles corporate fitness where you work. They have the agreement code for your company. Use it when you sign up, see the button at the top of this page.
How many employees do we need?
Get in touch and we will find a solution whatever the size.
Does the company have to pay for everyone?
No. You decide whether you cover all, part or none of the membership fee. Either way the agreement gives a reduced price.
What happens if an employee leaves?
The membership is personal and follows the employee. When the twelve months are up, they can either continue at the standard price or cancel.
Is training a taxable benefit?
It depends on how you set it up. Talk to your accountant, we cannot give tax advice.

Fit and healthy employees mean higher productivity and less sick leave.
You get a unique company code. The employee enters the code when signing up and gets the corporate price. The membership is a full one, not a cut down version.
The corporate membership has a 12 month minimum term. The employee usually pays themselves, but you can also choose a single invoice, where the company covers all or part of the membership.
The practical side
Everything is in Membro
Membership, invoices and visit history are always available in the app. That is useful for employees who need to document their training for a reimbursement scheme.
Consolidated invoice
If the company covers all or part of the membership, you can have one combined invoice instead of each employee paying separately.
12 month minimum term
The corporate membership runs for twelve months. Otherwise it is a full membership, at a lower monthly price than the standard one. See the memberships
