At ENERGY we want everyone to feel at home. The rules below are there to keep the atmosphere pleasant at our gyms.
- Remember to check in when you arrive at the gym.
- Your membership is personal, so do not let anyone else in, not even other members. If it happens, the membership is closed for 14 days with no refund of the training fee, and a fee is charged on top.
- Show consideration for the others training, and let them get on with their workout in peace.
- Wear clean training clothes, not the ones you trained in yesterday.
- Wear indoor shoes on the gym floor.
- Keep a top on while you train.
- Wear functional clothing suitable for training. Training shirtless or in a sports bra is not allowed.
- Think hygiene and wipe down the machine or bench when you have finished with it.
- Be considerate of people with allergies and keep perfume to a minimum.
- We use magnesium in liquid form only, that is liquid chalk.
- Your phone is welcome at the gym. Do leave it be while you are occupying a machine.
- Put weights, benches, dumbbells and other equipment back in place after use. If things are left lying around, you get a warning first. If it happens again, the membership is closed for 14 days with no refund of the training fee.
- Set dumbbells and equipment down on the floor rather than dropping them.
- The lockers are for use while you are here, so you cannot lock one permanently to turn it into your own fixed locker. If that happens, ENERGY is entitled to break the lock and either store or discard the contents.
- Leave the gym at closing time, and take all personal belongings with you. If you are in the gym after closing time, the alarm goes off and a security guard is called out.
- If the gym rules are broken, ENERGY Fitness may deny you access to the gym for a period, with no refund of the membership fee, or terminate the membership agreement with immediate effect.
