What the levels mean
Level 2
As Level 1, plus more than 1,000 PT sessions delivered
Level 3
As Level 2, but with at least 2,000 PT sessions, or relevant higher education worth at least 180 credits
Level 4
Separate prices, agreed directly with the trainer
How to book
Choose a gym
You start by choosing which ENERGY gym you want to train at.
Choose Free PT session
Then choose 'Free PT session' in the booking system.
Choose a trainer
You get an overview of which PTs are available at your gym, and choose the one you want to train with.
Questions about packages and levels
What is a PT package?
A number of sessions bought together. ENERGY sells packages of five, ten, twenty and fifty sessions, and the price of each package follows the level of the trainer you choose.
Is the first session free?
Yes. In the booking system you choose 'Free PT session', and you then see which PTs are available at your gym.
